Second day at the new studio. Blew through some emails. Published that font averaging article. Added google analytics to website and tumblogs. Tomorrow I should add it to wordpress.
Tom came and he tried to see if we could get pwm up on the arduino with steppers and 5 servos all at once. We figured out how to use interrupts to do analog pwm while running the loops, which is awesome. I don’t know if arduino has enough CPU to do everything though. I may just hook up one of those tlc5940s.
Also (this is what the picture is about) I spent a long time working on the layout of the lights. If I use aluminum to mount the light, I can get a much smaller light bar. With a smaller bar I can move things closer together. I was frustrated when I modified my flash demo to reveal the amount of the bars that would actually be covered by the light. Tomorrow I should just go in there and finalize a design—do a test if need be.
Also apple rejected my iMiddleFinger iphone app. What prudes.
